2. The following conditions must be followed in filling the application form and participating in the examination:
(a) Age of applicant 01/11/2023 AD. Minimum 21 (twenty one) years and maximum 30 (thirty) years as on date. However, in the case of sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged, the age is 01/11/2023 AD. Relaxable up to 32 (thirty two) years on date. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.
(b) Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institutions must apply through appropriate authority. However
All the employed candidates are required to submit the original copy of No Objection Clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.

(c) At the time of appearing in the oral examination, 01 copy of each attested original copy of all educational qualification certificates must be produced.
Photocopies (including Licence/Training Certificate/Experience Certificate where applicable) and one set of attested photocopies should be submitted along with the filled Application Form. (e) The decision of the appointing authority on the appointment shall be final. No objection will be entertained.

3. Terms and conditions related to online application form: www.prebd.com
(a) Candidates who wish to participate in the examination can fill the application form on this website http://rda.teletalk.com.bd.
i. Starting date and time for online application form filling and application fee submission: 05/11/2023 AD. Morning- 10:00 am;
ii. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 30/11/2023 AD. Afternoon- 05:00 p.m. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee via SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.
(b) In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300×width 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 300×width 300 pixels) and upload it at the designated place.
(c) Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself must be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information given in the application form before submitting the online application form.

(d) A colored print copy of the online filled application form shall be retained by the candidate for use as an aid for any examination related purposes.
(e) Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After completing the application form by filling the application form (Application Form) online properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who submit the application correctly will get a User ID and an Applicant’s copy with photograph and signature. After downloading the applicant’s copy, print it in color and save it.
A User ID number will be given in the applicant’s copy using which the candidate will submit the examination fee within 72 hours by sending 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number in the following manner. About examination fee
669/- (six hundred and seventy nine) should be deposited. It is specially noted here that even if all the parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.

(f) Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on website www.rda.gov.bd and http://rda.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). On the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form
All communication related to the exam will be completed so keeping the number active all the time, reading the SMS and following the instructions received immediately is prohibited. www.prebd.com
(g) Using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate should download and print the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, examination date, time and center name etc. and print the admit card in writing.
Must demonstrate at the time of admission to the examination and at the time of the oral examination if passed the written examination;
