Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Properly plan and monitor the project.
2. Vegetable and fruit planting and pest control and
disease
3. Visiting various field aspects to gather knowledge and implement innovative ideas.
4. “Providing technical assistance to farmers under the Small and Marginal Farmers Agricultural Productivity Improvement and Diversification Financing Scheme (SMAP) scheme.

Educational Requirements:
Candidate should have minimum GPA 3.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC and 04 (Four) Years Diploma in Agriculture. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in agriculture related or microfinance activities in a non-governmental organization/NGO.
Additional Requirements:
1. Age Maximum 30 years
2Able to work independently and under pressure.
3 Proven computer skills including MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.).
3. Must be a non-smoker.

1. Rs.19900 (Monthly)
2. The probationary period shall be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be placed in the regular pay scale of ASA.
