Educational Qualification:
Bsc in CSE Eng/Electrical & Electronic Eng/Electrical Electronic and Communications Eng/ Communication Eng/ Telecommunications Eng.
Skill:
The System Administrator should be able to perform the following:
1. Research, plan and design an enterprise environment with appropriate hardware, operating systems, applications and communication components to support a standard Data Center for business requirements.
2. Analyze and recommend both hardware and software requirements for existing and future implemented services.
3. Install, configure, test, documentation, administrate, maintain, integrate and support different infrastructure systems including but not limited to different Hardware (Servers, Storage, RAID settings, etc.), Virtualization systems, Operating systems (Windows/Linux
based), Application servers, Backup and recovery systems along with servers’ Endpoint protection.
4. Identify and set the configuration items for different systems and verify their completeness & correctness.
5. Manage the ability to continue providing a pre-determined & agreed level of IT services.
6. Develop and administrate backup, archive & restore processes for different systems and data according to IT policy of a standard Data Center.
7. Monitoring the backup logs and testing restorations processes regularly.
8. Monitor and assess the utilization and performance of different services and infrastructure systems (Hardware and software) regularly to ensure their effectiveness using monitoring
tools or manually.

9. Ensure the availability, continuity and security of various systems and monitoring different logs.
10. Develop and document operational procedures.
11. Manage change requests & determine the need to perform a system change whenever needed through standard procedures.
12. Regular maintenance of servers through the installation of software updates and upgrades, along with hardware replacements and expansions.
13. Analyze and resolve different systems issues using diagnostic software and/or technical troubleshooting processes.
14. Communicate with external vendors for the support, acquisition and maintenance of information technology hardware and software.
15. Perform different hardware migrations or hardware physical reallocation for the IT infrastructure systems.
16. Good understanding about Data Center Management, power, cooling, safety requirements
17. Advanced storage management capacity.
18. Has understanding ISO 27001, PCI DSS standards.
19. Advanced Certification in Microsoft, Linux, Data Center preferred.
20. Managing front end and back end of Web Based Systems and Database Management System.
